Namibia: Week-End Racing Fever With Hot SA and Walvis Entries

THE silence of the past few weeks on the racing scene will be replaced by the deafening roar of mighty engines when the Windhoek Motor Club (WMC) shifts all its attention to this weekend's action-packed night/day event at the Tony Rust Race Track starting 29 - 30 June. Proceedings will kick off tomorrow at sunset when those magnificent men and their 'flying' machines will line-up for some of the hottest drag-racing seen in a long time in the capital.

On Saturday the focus will shift to sizzling dicing on the long circuit when cars and bikes will line up, giving it their all at the drop of the flag. Expect some furious racing when Namibians take on visitors from South Africa.
