Lubango — The national director for water supply, Lucrécio Costa, expressed Thursday here the need for speed and rigour in the implementation of projects in the areas of energy and waters, ANGOP has learnt.
The official said so on the fringe of the second consultative council of the Ministry ofEnergy and Waters.
The official said that the needs of the sector are greater as Angola is still a country with a high population rate.
