Angola: Russia Available to Assist Angola's Electoral Process

Luanda — The Russia Federation is available to support the ongoing electoral process in Angola, whose highpoint is the casting of ballot set for August 31, 2012, ANGOP has learnt.

This was announced by the second counsellor of the Russian Embassy in Angola, Vitaly Egorov, when speaking to ANGOP, on the fringe of an informative meeting with the diplomatic corps accredited in Angola.

He said Russia is ready to support the Angolan authorities in this electoral process, due to the experience in this domain and the good friendship and co-operation ties between the two countries.
