Kenya: Mishomoroni Blast Suspect Goes Missing After Release

MYSTERY surrounds the whereabouts of a Mombasa blast terror suspect Salim Athman, 23, who police say they have freed but the family says he cannot be traced. According to police the suspect was freed on Tuesday night, after police failed to connect him with the blast that claimed the lives of three and injuring 28 others on Sunday in Mishomoroni's Jerich Beer Garden.

Coast provincial police boss Aggrey Adoli said they is no evidence linking him to the blast and he was discharged last night from coast provincial general hospital. "We released him yesterday after preliminary investigation indicated that he was not linked to the attack we do not have information about his where about at the moment," said Adoli
