At 6:15 on a Friday morning, dozens of tired-looking pregnant women are on chrome seats in the lobby of Wuse General Hospital, Abuja waiting for the antenatal clinic to open.
On a ledge in front of the outpatient unit, more than 60 names are already written on a sheet of paper. It is the list of women who will attend clinic for the day. When the clinic finally starts at 8, the list will be more than a hundred names.
