Kampala capital City Authority (KCCA) Tuesday closed Qualicel bus terminal building over poor hygiene and inadequate toiletry facilities.
The building located down near Nakivubo in Kampala belongs to city tycoon Drake Lubega.
KCCA health officer Dr. John Lule ordered the tenants out of the building. He said they will only return when proper sanitary and hygiene facilities are put in place.
