Kenya: Moët Lounge Opens At Fairmont Norfolk

Moët has been associated with the sparkle of success and glamour ever since the House was founded in 1743 by Claude Moët. It has also been the official champagne of the Golden Globe Awards for almost two decades with celebrities including Scarlett Johansson, Morgan Freeman, Diane Kruger, Eva Longoria and Adrian Brody toasting with it.

Last Thursday, a select invited guests got to pop some Moët Champagne at the Norfolk Fairmont Hotel during the official opening of the exclusive champagne bar. Hosted by Beatrice Kamitu, the elite bar will serve patrons everyday of the week and for Sh.15,000 unlimited Moët shall be served accompanied by canapes.

Moët champagne ambassador Nicolas Ruellan was on hand to oversee the opening of the bar and said, "Every second in the world, there is a bottle of Moët being opened. That means there is something to celebrate every second."
