Last week, Aso Rock presidential villa was a beehive of activities. Upon his return from Brazil, President Goodluck Jonathan took decisive measures and made pronouncements that impacted tremendously on the country's polity. He quickly matched his words by effecting major changes in some government institutions, including the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), the country's security apparatus and the National Population Commission (NPC).
