Luanda — The Angolan Government has as one of its priorities to declare the country free from illiteracy until 2005, with the implementation of the Strategic Plan for Revitalisation of Literacy.This was said Tuesday in Luanda by the minister of Education, Pinda Simão.
The official was speaking at the ceremony of presentation of the Strategic Plan for Revitalisation of Literacy, during a meeting with church leaders.
