The nature and act of police reform is difficult (but not impossible). Citizens need to know what they should expect from their police and then demand their elected officials to see that it is done. But to do what? That's where it gets even more difficult. My new book has some answers, “Arrested Development: A Veteran Police Chief Sounds Off About Protest, Racism, Corruption and the Seven Steps Necessary to Improve Our Nation’s Police” and visit my blog at http://improvingpolice.wordpress.com/ where I discuss these and other current police improvement issues. Good luck and demand good policing!
