President Mohamed Mursi ordered the establishment of a body to monitor and resolve people's grievances, acting spokesperson, Yasser Ali, said.
Ali added that a decision on this new body, who will produce regular reports in an effort to resolve people's grievances, will be issued soon, reported the Middle East News Agency. Three offices in Cairo and a hotline are expected to be initiated.
He pointed out that a new website will also be launched to receive citizens' complaints via mail.
Ali stressed on Mursi's interest in resolving people's grievances, insisting that he is deeply concerned with their suffering and understands the piled-up hardships they have to face on a daily basis.
