MUCH has been said about President Robert Mugabe's failure to appoint and groom a successor in his party, ZANU-PF.
He is reported to have said the party does not have a capable leader to take over from him without causing divisions. But as an ancient Chinese saying goes, a person who does not worry about the future will shortly have worries about the present. Therefore, President Mugabe must be a really worried man.
