Egypt: President Morsi's Visit to Saudi Arabia

President Mohamed Morsi starts on Wednesday 10th of July, 2012 an official visit to Saudi Arabia during which he confers with His Majesty King Abdullah Ibn Abdel-Aziz and Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, Salman Ibn Abdel-Aziz. Meanwhile, the President intends to do Umrah (small pilgrimage).

This visit comes in the framework of - according to Ambassador Ahmed Abdel-Aziz Qattan of Saudi Arabia to Egypt - boosting the bilateral relations of foreign policies between the two countries that King Abdul-Aziz has set the corner stone of which. Also, the visit would enhance various economic aspects between Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
