THE NMB Bank on Wednesday announced winners of its "Jenga Maisha Yako Na NMB" promotion at the first draw held at the bank's headquarters in Dar es Salaam.

The NMB Bank Communications Manager, Ms Josephine Kulwa, said the promotion was launched after recognising that many Tanzanians were saving to meet different goals including own homes, educate children and other investments.

"Among the goals that many Tanzanians wish to accomplish is to build a house, take children to school and achieving other important goals in their lives." She said.

She said winners have ended up getting cement, corrugated iron roofing sheets, doubling of their accounts, school fees, NMB T-shirts and school bags," she said. She said eight customers won a tonne of cement each, three got roofing sheets, three saw their accounts doubled, 100 went home with NMB T-shirts and 150 settled for school bags.
