A stakeholder in the campaign for safe motherhood has said that signing the National Health Bill into law was the panacea to achieving a huge reduction in maternal mortality in the country by 2015.
Wife of former UK Prime Minister and Global Patron, White Ribbon Alliance for Safe Motherhood, Mrs Sarah Brown who stated this during her working visit to Ikosi Ketu Primary Health Care Centre in Lagos to assess activities at the PHC, particularly on maternal and chil health said it has become necessary for President Goodluck Jonathan to sign the Bill into law.
