The United States stands with you as you continue to strengthen democratic governance and economic development. We appreciate your steadfast support for regional security and stability in the Gulf of Guinea and beyond. As you celebrate this special day, know that the United States is a partner and friend. We look forward to working together for a brighter future for both our people.
