The high court has ordered that Tinet ward in Nakuru county be re-aligned to include Tinet ward in Kuresoi South constituency. The ward shall comprise Tinet, Kapnanda, Chepalungu and Chemaner sublocations with a population of 32,418. Keringet ward of Kuresoi South Constituency shall now comprise Kipsonoi,Tegat, Siwot, Chebaraa, Baraget, Milimet, Kapsimbeiywo, Silibwet and Ribot sublocations with a population of 35,738.

The ruling was delivered by justices, Mohammed Warsame, Hellen Omondi, Pauline Nyamweya, David Majanja and Ruth Sitati. They further ordered that Burgei ward in Bomet county be transferred from Kipsonoi ward to Rongena/Manaret ward. Rongena/Manaret ward shall comprise Monire, Chebilat, Mabwaita, King'oss, Rongena, Tembwo and Burgei ward of Sotik constituency with a population of 24,830.

Kipsonoi Ward shall comprise Kipsonoi, Chebole, Kapkures Kinywelet, Kapkelei, Motiret, Sigorian and Oldebesi of Sotik constituency with a population of 34,708. Nandi Hills constituency with a population of 107,534 shall comprise the following county assembly wards; Ol 'lessos, Kapchorwa, Nandi Hills and Chepkunyuk.

Tindiret Consituency with a population of 100,691 shall comprise Chemelil/Chemase, Kapsimatwo, Songhor/Soba and Tindiret. They amended the Legal Notice that established the 80 constituencies by including "Chepng'etuny sub-location" in Ol['lessos ward of the proposed Nandi Hills Constituency.

The entire Koisagat sub- location to be placed in Segero/Barsombe ward, whose population will increase from 20,914 to 30,215. Kapsang and Lolkinyei sub-locations were placed in Ziwa ward, whose population will now increase from 19,183 to 31,973, Kapsoas ward in Turbo Constituency was split into two wards, Huruma comprising Huruma sub-location with a population of 38,545 and Kapsoas ward comprising Kapsoas sub-location with a population of 28,593.

Rocho, Enou, Kisoka and Muruber sub-locations were removed from Sambirir ward and placed in Endo ward in Marakwet East Constituency. Endo Ward will now comprise Kaben, Marich, Barkelat, Talai, Kisiwei, Kasemoi, Sagat, Sibow, Kakiputul, Olot, Ketut, Kapkondot, Rocho, Enou, Kisoka and Muruber sub- locations with a total population of 25,318. Sambirir Ward will now comprise Maina, Metipso, Nyirar, Kapkuto, Chesoi, Kimuren, Chemworor, Tuturung and Chesiyo
