Liberia: GBK Motors to Construct Modern Show Room - Renews Commitment to Customers Service

The Managing Director of GBK Motors, distributors of Nissan Vehicles has renew the company's commitment and at the same time assured its valued customers of high quality service.

Already, stated Mr. Elie Geagea, (Managing Director GBK Motors) plan to construct two modern state of the art showroom has been finalized, one of which will be fully completed in three months time and will be situated in Congo Town to cater to the needs of customers.

The Nissan brand, Elie Geagea indicated to this paper, has over the years developed a reputation of consistent delivery of professional service which has made Nissan a trusted brand in Liberia.

Commenting on the promising economic climate in the country, Mr. Geagea welcomed the emergence of new competitors as well as new foreign investments, thus underscoring the need to create an environment where middle income earners can afford to purchase a new vehicle.

In addition to providing excellent customers service, the GBK Motors Managing Director also disclosed of plans to install new technology system second to none in the country to enhance the smooth running the company.

He explained that the dreams and aspirations of GBK Motors is to build a long term relationship with its valued customers and the Government of Liberia.

Importantly, Mr. Geagea stressed, "our company has always put our customers desire first and this has led to management offering a low profit margin of ten percent".

"Competitors need to give back more by also reducing their profit margin and if that is done, prices becomes affordable".

The expressed optimism that as the economic situation improved in the country, his company will improved and expand, thereby creating more jobs for Liberians.

Several employees of the company who spoke to this paper has hailed the management of GBK Motors, headed by Mr. Elie Geagea for the level of land mark achievement has and continue to make.
