Nigeria: Bolt Is Beatable - Egbunike

He may the fastest man of all time but Jamaican 100m Olympics Games gold medalist, Usain Bolt holds no fear for the Team Nigeria athletics team going for the Games of the XXX Olympiad.

Chief coach of Team Nigeria', Innocent Egbunike, who won a 4x400m bronze medal at the 1984 Los Angeles Games, has said that given the current trend in the sprints world that Bolt was not going to have his way in London as he did four years back in Beijing.

Bolt was recently beaten twice by protege and reigning world champion Johan Blake in the 100m and 200m finals at the Jamaican Olympics trials in Kingston, a development which Egbunike insists will boost the confidence of other sprinters to unseat Bolt as the Olympic champion.

Nigeria will be fielding Obinna Metu, Ogho Oghene Egwero and Peter Emelieze in the Men's 100m but fears have been raised of their chances to win medals given their performances in meets and IAAF Grand Prix events but
