Angolan and Sao Tomean Cooperation Considered Excellent

Luanda — The chargé d'affaires of the embassy of Sao Tome and Principe in Angola, Elisa Barros, considered on Monday in Luanda excellent the economic cooperation between her country and Angola, in particular in commercial sector.

The diplomat said so to Angop, under the celebrations of the 37th independence anniversary of Sao Tome and Principe, marked on July 12.

She said that Sao Tome and Principe still has an excellent cooperation with Angola in various economic fields. "As we know, we have projects almost in all economic domains such as agriculture, tourism, oil, education, training and transport, among others", said the official.

According to her, in the referred fields, emphasis goes on sectors of trade and oil, through the Angolan oil Company of Sonangol that is support the country in the rehabilitation and modernization of the port and airport of Sao Tome and Principe.
