Kampala — The low supply of petrol at most filling stations in Uganda last week resulted into panic buying by motorists, causing the little available stocks to run out fast and in the process increased the pump prices.
According to industry players, fuel shippers are to blame for the petrol shortages that have since hit a number of fuel stations in the country.
