The Administrative Court referred challenges to President Mohamed Mursi's decision to reinstate parliament to the Supreme Constitutional Court for lacking competence.
Mursi's decree had come in defiance of the military council's decision to dissolve the Islamist-led parliament in light of a court ruling invalidating the parliamentary elections law that brought it to place.
