My heart bleeds when I see communicators distorting facts and feeding the reading public with inaccurate information through the mass media. This amounts to writing history in a hurry, which neither helps the system nor contributes to knowledge by assisting the students of history. Such is my feeling about the misrepresentation of facts by a section of the media.

Some of the publications betray cluelessness of issues in Taraba State and its political terrain. In fact, some display crass ignorance of the issues and even facts about the political environment in Taraba State. One such issue is the relationship between the state governor and other top politicians in the state.
