The Permanent Secretary of the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Martin Uhomoibhi, yesterday expressed pessimism over the 2017 take-off date of the proposed Continental Free Trade Area (CFTA) African countries.
Uhomoibhi made this known while briefing pressmen on the highlights of the 19th Ordinary Summit of the African Union held in Addis Ababa. He noted that the Federal Government was hopeful that target date would be realised.
