Maputo — The 9th Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Portuguese Speaking Countries Community (CPLP) started on this Friday morning, with welcoming remarks addressed by the President of Mozambique, Armando Guebuza, highlighting the advances recorded by the organization.
The Mozambican statesman also highlighted the boosting of Brasilia action plan and Angolan performance during its presidency that enabled the reinforcement of cooperation among member states.
