Luanda — A literary work entitled "As Custas Judiciais e o seu regime jurídico em Angola" by the judge and forensic trainer Tchipepe Grace, will be launched on 8 August this year.

Speaking to ANGOP Thursday, the author said that the idea of working out the work followed the deficit recorded at the legal market on the legal issue, that is not worked out at the universities.

According to the interlocutor, the book discusses the technical procedure and how the Legal Costs with the legal cases are addressed.

In his view, this constitutes a requirement of the court officials, judges, prosecutors, justice officials, Lawyers, teachers and the public in general.

Divided into eight parts, he said, the book explains the concept and historical evolution of the Costs, the total insertion of techniques of costs, resources, sharing the Fee, subject to data subject to the costs and practical case for better enlightenment of the matter.
