Liberia: In Tax Case - Musa Bility's Evidence Challenged

Lawyers representing the Government of Liberia (GOL) in the ongoing case: "Failure to pay overdue and outstanding duties owed the GOL," between Liberian businessman Musa Hassan Bility and GOL have challenged evidence adduced in court by Mr. Bility and his Gulf Trading/Srimex Enterprises.

The GOL lawyers led by Cllr. Aaron B. Kparkillen Wednesday, July 18, 2012 challenged the defendant's evidence in the form of several documents reflecting tax payments allegedly made by Mr. Bility's Gulf Trading/Srimex Enterprises to GOL.
