Angola: Investors of 'Angola LNG' Project Create Company to Sell Products

Luanda — The investors of the project "Angola LNG" announced the creation of a new company to sell internationally the LNG (liquefied natural gas) project products, ANGOP learnt.

According to a press release from the state-owned oil company Sonangol sent to ANGOP, Angola LNG Marketing Ltd. "ALM" was created in the United Kingdom and will be based in London.

The share holders of ALM are Sonangol Gás Natural Limitada (50%), Chevron Global Energy Inc. (23,6%), BP Exploration (Angola) Limited (8,8%), Eni International B.V. (8,8%) and Total LNG Angola Ltd. (8,8%).
