My heart continues to ache for Plateau State this week, for the families of the hundreds of people that were killed two weeks ago, and for the thousands displaced this week right before Ramadan.
As I have been travelling this week, however, and have not been able to access first hand information about the tragedies, the focus of my column today will instead be on an issue that has, as my readers may have noticed, recently fascinated me: the role of Nigerian language films in Nigeria.
