Sierra Leone: What PA Kabbah Did Not Tell Salone at Koroma's Swearing in

As the term of office of the President Ernest Koroma-led administration draws to an end - though plans are ongoing to seek re-election for another term, Concord Times has laid hands on a prepared speech by the former President, Ahmed Tejan Kabbah, which was not read to the nation at the swearing in ceremony of President Koroma on Thursday 15th November 2007 but highlighted certain achievements and challenges of the Kabbah administration.

Though the handing over ceremony went successfully without any hitch, there were claims that the former leader was deliberately denied the opportunity to make his statement at the inauguration of now-ruling President Koroma.
