Ghana: 2012 Panafest/Emancipation Day Celebration Cancelled

The Ministry of Tourism, the Ministry of Chieftaincy and Culture, the PANAFEST Foundation, the Pan African Diasporan Coalition and the National Planning Committee regret to announce that due to circumstances beyond their control, the 2012 PANAFEST/Emancipation Day Celebrations has been cancelled.

This was contained in a statement signed by the Sector Minister, Honourable Akua Sena Dansua (MP).

Any inconvenience caused to our valued patrons of the celebration is deeply regretted.
