TANZANIA Revenue Authority (TRA) has embarked on capacity building project to horn the skills of its staff, with the views of increasing domestic revenue collection through improved services to taxpayers in the country.
TRA Commissioner General Harry Kitillya said in Dar es Salaam that tax collectors need skills to cope with difficult and challenging tax collection environment in the country, "Training for our staff is inevitable to operate in the difficult and rapidly changing environment."
