Huambo — The Vice-minister for Youth, Job Castelo Capapinha, announced on Friday the construction in 2013 of social and cultural houses for young people in the capital city of the central Huambo province.
The official also announced the construction of community centres in 10 districts inland the province, under the new plan of the Angolan executive to support youth.
The Vice-minister said so during a meeting with leaders of juvenile and sport associations in Huambo province.
Job Castelo Capapinha said that both houses and community centres for youth are institutions where the young people will have opportunities to suppress the demand of seeking training actions in the domain of new communication Technologies, animation, leadership and association management of arts and letters.
According to him, the construction of these infrastructures will also be followed by camping parks and other leisure institutions for young people.
He said that the provinces of Kuando Kubango, Benguela, Moxico, Kwanza Sul, Kwanza Norte and Uíge have already benefited from this project that is a presidential initiative.
