Ndalatando — The governor of the northern Kwanza Norte province, Henrique André Júnior, visited on Friday the social construction works in Ambaca district, in progress under Public Investments Programme (PIP).

The governor, accompanied by several officials of his executive, checked the construction pace of the new regional slaughterhouse of Camabatela, building of 200 residences and water abstraction and supply centre in the same locality, among other infrastructures.

In the water abstraction and supply centre, Henrique Júnior received guarantees by the contractor that the undertaking will be concluded at the end of August.

The governor also visited the Tango commune, where he learnt about the implementation level of two primary schools and the construction works of the local future rural market.

At the end of his visit, the official urged for the acceleration of the undertakings so that they may be handed over on the agreed deadlines.
