London — Tunisia's Ahmed Mejri qualified for the last 16 of the lightweight category (60 kg) after beating Benin's Shafiq Chitou on points (16-9) Sunday in London.
He will play at the next round on Thursday Puerto Rican Sanchez Vedejo who beat Panamanian Juan garcia Huertas (11-5).
