Nigerian Muslims in UK Donate N.6 Million to Disaster Victims

The Nigeria Muslim Forum UK (NMFUK) has donated foodstuff worth N680,000 (£2700) for distribution to victims of disaster in five states in Nigeria.

Publicity Secretary of the forum, Dr Aliyu Musa, said in a statement that the foodstuff was shared among victims in Borno, Yobe, Kano, Plateau and Kaduna states. He said, "it comes at a time most of the victims are struggling to survive in the affected parts of the country, especially during the sacred month of Ramadhan."
