THE Zambia Youth Federation (ZYF) has called for increased funding in the 2013 National Budget towards youth entrepreneurial programmes to reduce the high levels of unemployment in the country.
The youth want the budgetary allocation to be increased from the current K40 billion to K100 billion for the money to be sufficient for them to carry out various economic ventures.
