Nigeria: Kwankwaso Seeks NSE Support On Projects

Kano — Governor Rabi'u Kwankwaso of Kano State has solicited the support of the Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE) in the execution of quality projects in Kano State.

The governor made the call while receiving the president of the group, Engr. Balarabe Ahmad at his lodge in Abuja on Monday. Kwankwaso requested the top officials of NSE to furnish him with a comprehensive data base of engineers in Kano so that they can be absorbed into the government to make input in the execution of projects.

He said his government would put in place people-oriented projects that would outlive the administration.

Earlier, the NSE president, Engr. Balarabe Ahmad, assured of his organization's readiness to partner Kano State to bring development closer to the people.
