United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) has raised concerns over the non-availability of data on enrolment in public schools.
Country Director Ade Le-koetje, while on a courtesy visit to the Universal Basic Education Commission yesterday said the global economic crisis has made stricter monitoring of UNDP's intervention programmes in developing countries very necessary. Lekoetje said at state and national levels, only statistics on school attendance are on ground.
