Uganda: Gadgets - Magoola's Hard Disk Gives Him 'Swag'

Sadam Magoola, aka Sadamix, is a DJ at Digital Sights and Sounds - an events enterprise that provides mobiles disco services, photography and deals in computer appliances in Mbale. He owns an external hard disk and below is what he told Badru Afunadula about his gadget.

When did you acquire your gadget?

I got it about a month ago. I really needed to carry large volumes of music that I couldn't carry on a flash disk.

How much did you buy it?

I bought it at Shs 500, 000.

What do you like about your gadget?

It is portable and I am able to carry large volume of music. I also like it because it is stylish; when I carry it in the field, it adds on my swag [read poise].

What don't you like about it?

It is so delicate. When it accidently falls on the ground, I would be lucky if it survived.

If you were to meet its manufacturers, what would you tell them?

I would tell them to make one which is hard enough to survive even after falling on the ground.

Will you buy a new one soon?

Yup, I want to buy one with 500GB because this one has 250GB and I feel it is not big enough.
