"A group of terrorists" attacked an Egyptian border post leaving around 15 dead, Reuters news agency reported an Israeli army spokesman as saying.
The Israeli Air Force targeted a vehicle that tried to cross over to Israel while another vehicle exploded, the spokesman added.
