Sudan: State Minister At Cabinet Underlines State's Concern to Improve the Minimum Wage-Rate for Employees

Khartoum — The State Minister at the Council of Ministers, Ahmed Fadlallah Abdallah has affirmed state's concern with the improvement of the minimum wage-rate for the employees in the state to meets the needs of living, urging continuity of studies in the field of wages in different sectors.

This came when he addressed Tuesday the meeting of the Higher Wage Council, in the presence of the Secretary General of the Council of Ministers Dr. Omer Mohamed Salih where the meeting got assured on the progress of performance and the achievements realized during the past periods besides the guidelines of work for the coming period. The meeting witnessed honouring of the former Secretary General of Council Abdal-Rahman Yousuf Heydob. The minister praised the role played by Heydob during his work and his efforts in driving the development in the country. The meeting underscored overcoming of all the obstacles that hinder the progress of performance so that the Council carry out its role properly.
