South Africa: Minister Mbalula Lauds Bridgitte Hartley for Another Medal On National Women's Day

South Africa is proud to have acquired another medal, the first bronze from Bridgitte Hartley at the Olympic Games, in the women's kayak single K1 500m race at Eton Dorney today.

The medal places South Africa 20th in the medal tally. The Minister of Sport and Recreation, Mr Fikile Mbalula lauded the female athlete for bagging this special medal for South Africa on National Women's Day.
