Uganda: Let's Take On Kayihura and His 'Terror Officers'

The opposition's win in the Kasese Woman MP by-election - another one in a string of by-election defeats for the ruling party - is yet another reminder to NRM leader, President Yoweri Museveni, that Ugandans now view his vision for the country as blurred even though only a week ago he took opportunity to remind us that he does not see anyone else in NRM (not to mention the opposition) who has a vision to lead the country.

But the president is not expected to take any lessons from this and clearly, this defeat will do nothing to humble him or detract him from his plans to run for re-election in 2016 and thereafter, not because he is stupid, but because he has reached that level of human folly when one climbs the high stool of infallibility.
