Angola: Federation Chairperson Advises Runners to Achieve Minimum for 2016

London — The chairperson of the Angolan Athletics Federation, Carlos Rosa, advised the commitment of athletes to achieve the minimum, ahead of the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, as the invitation model is limited.

"The federation is working with a group of athletes, including Felismina Cavela and Manuel Antonio, who have the advantage of studying in Brazil and during these four years will be monitored, including the establishment of conditions for them to participate in international events", he stressed.

In the London Olympic Games the athletics was represented by Felismina Cavela and Manuel Antonio, who ran the 800 metre flat.
