Angola: Catholic Church to Build One More Sanctuary

Luanda — The cornerstone for the construction of a new Catholic sanctuary, which will be named Nossa Senhora Nazaré das Águas, will be laid on Saturday in Luanda with a ceremony to be chaired by the Assistant Bishop of Luanda, Anastácio Kahango.

This information was given to the press on Friday by priest Francisco Zau, who also informed that the sanctuary, which will be located near the Kwanza river mouth, in Luanda's Viana Municipality, will have the capacity to host 600 faithful.

The Catholic prelate revealed that the temple will have a guest house for pilgrims, a conferences room, toilets, among other facilities.
