Cote d'Ivoire: Government Announces New University Registration Fees

A front-page story in Fraternite Matin says that the government has reduced the registration fees at the state universities from FCFA 100,000 (about US $184) to FCFA 30,000 (about US $55). The decision was made yesterday at the Council of Ministers meeting that was presided over by President Ouattara, reports the paper, which indicates that the new fees will be applicable for the coming three years.
