Victor Moses is to discus personal terms with Chelsea after Wigan agreed to sell him for less than their £10million valuation.

Media reports said Nigeria international Moses will become a Chelsea player for £9m after Wigan boss Dave Whelan reluctantly agreed to sell him for less than the £10m price tag after the Nigeria star made it clear he wants to leave.

It is claimed that Latics chairman Dave Whelan has agreed to a deal worth less than the £10m he insisted it would take to prise the former Crystal Palace forward away from Wigan, according to Daily Mirror.

Moses will now discuss personal terms and complete his move to Stamford Bridge in the new week.

He will now team up with fellow Nigerian Mikel Obi at Stamford Bridge.
