Egypt: Information Minister - Eyeing 'Credible' Media

Information Minister Salah Abdel-Maksoud expressed his happiness for joining the family of Radio and Television Union in this ancient edifice.

This came during a keynote speech delivered on Monday 13/8/2012 by Abdel-Maksoud before the employees of the Egyptian Radio and TV Union (ERTU) marking the holy month of Ramadan and the advent of Eid el-Fitr.

Abdel-Maksoud has expressed confidence that all those who are working in audiovisual and print media will seek to formulate a media that express the hopes and inspirations of the Egyptian citizens.
