Angola: Vice President Arrives in Mozambique

Maputo — Angola's vice president, Fernando da Piedade Dias dos Santos, arrived this afternoon in Mozambique to participate in the works of the 32nd summit of Heads of State and Government of the Southern Africa Development Community (SADC), set for Friday and Saturday, Angop has learnt.

The official will participate on behalf of the President of the Republic, José Eduardo dos Santos that will take place under the theme Development Corridor: Vehicle for regional integration".

The team comprises the ministers of Planning, Ana Dias Lourenço, Finance, Carlos Alberto Lopes, and Transports, Augusto Tomás.

The ambassador to Mozambique, Isaias Vilinga, the State secretaries for foreign affairs, Rui Mangueira, Geology, Mining and Energy, Kiala Gabriel, as well as directors and cadres of the foreign affairs Ministry are participating in the preliminary works of the summit.
